Nutella Cold Brew

This easy-to-make Nutella cold brew recipe is the perfect drink to make on a hot summer day.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (0.18 l) of cold brew
- 1/4 cup (0.06 l) whole milk
- 2 tbsp (30 grams) of Nutella
- A serving of whipped cream
- Ice cubes
Instructions
Once you've prepared the cold brew coffee of choice, it's time to assemble the Nutella cold brew:
- First, you want to slightly heat the milk so that the Nutella will dissolve very easily.
- You can do so in a small saucepan or use a microwave for this.
- Once your milk is warm, add the Nutella to it and give this a good stir until the Nutella has fully dissolved.
- In a tall glass of choice, add your cold brew coffee.
- Add enough ice cubes to cool your cold brew completely. I used 10 ice cubes for my drink.
- Pour the Nutella milk mixture on top.
- Top this all with a serving of whipped cream.
I like to serve this with a straw so you can easily stir the coffee for the most balanced flavor.
Notes
You can make the Nutella and milk mixture beforehand, just like the cold brew coffee.
By preparing the Nutella milk in advance, you can store it in the fridge, and you can use fewer ice cubes as every component is already cold.
This is very helpful if you expect friends or family are coming over.
