  • 3/4 cup (0.18 l) of whole milk
  • One espresso shot
  • 2 tbsp (30 grams) of blueberry syrup
  • A serving of whipped cream
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Start brewing your espresso shot. After brewing, let it cool slightly before using. You can add an ice cube to help it cool down quickly.
  2. While the espresso is cooling, cold foam your milk with a technique of choice.
  3. Grab a tall glass and add the blueberry syrup to it.
  4. Then, add enough ice cubes to fill the glass to about halfway.
  5. Pour the cold foamed milk into the glass.
  6. Leave the milk to settle for about 30 seconds before moving on to the next step.
  7. Once the milk has settled, pour the cooled espresso coffee into the glass.
  8. Finish the drink with a serving of whipped cream and, additionally, a few blueberries.
