Iced honey almondmilk flat white calories
The number of calories can change depending on the kind of milk you’d like to use. I’m a big fan of almond milk, but you might not be. If you want to use a different kind of milk, you can switch out the number of calories from almond milk.
- 3/4 cup (0.18 l) of almond milk has 30 calories.
- 1 tbsp (15 grams) of honey is good for 64 calories.
If you want to switch out the almond milk for milk of choice, retract the 40 calories and add the number of calories that the milk of choice contains.
Additionally, you can add a bit more honey to your coffee if you feel like it’s not sweet enough. When you double the amount of honey used, you’ll have to double the number of calories from the honey as well.
