You'll learn to make coffee with olive oil. This combination is worth trying out if you want to change your morning coffee to something more interesting!
1. Freshly brewed coffee 2. Extra virgin olive oil
Start by brewing a cup of coffee (250 ml). You can use your favorite coffee brewer for this. I like to use the Hairo V60.
After brewing the coffee, collect the extra virgin olive oil. You only need 1 tablespoon (15 grams) for one cup of coffee.
Slowly pour the olive oil into a resealable jar with a good lid.
Now slowly pour in your freshly brewed coffee. You don't have to stir this concoction.
Vigorously shake the jar with olive oil coffee (and lid!) until slightly frothy, and the olive oil is well combined with the coffee.
Serve your coffee in a glass or mug of your preference. Enjoy it while it's hot!
