Choose a dark roasted coffee bean to start brewing coffee with the Moka pot.
Grind the coffee beans into a fine coffee grind size. The coffee grounds should feel fine, with a tiny bit of structure.
Add the ground coffee beans into the filter cup. Slightly press the ground coffee into the filter for better extraction.
In the bottom compartment, add the boiling water. Place the coffee-filled cup on top.
Once everything is in place, screw the top part on the Moka pot and place it on the stove.
After a good minute on the stove, you'll see espresso coffee bubbling up from the Moka pot.
Continue brewing the coffee until these bubbles start to form and remove from the heat.
Serve the coffee straight from the Moka pot and enjoy your fresh brew!
