How to Make Chocolate Dalgona

1. Instant coffee 2. White granulated sugar 3. Cocoa powder 4. Boiling water 5. Milk of choice
1. Collect ingredients
Weigh out all the ingredients needed and place them in separate bowls. Boil the water.
2. Combine ingredients
In the bowl of your kitchen machine, combine the instant coffee and white granulated sugar.
3. Add boiling water
Add boiling water to the coffee and sugar mixture.
4. Whip the coffee
On low speed, whip the coffee until slightly foamy, then add the cocoa powder to the mixture.
5. Whip until stiff peaks
Whip the dalgona until stiff peaks form. The coffee should be stiff enough to hold its own weight, it looks like this:
6. Add ice cubes to a glass
Add a few ice cubes to a glass of choice. Make sure you add enough for that refreshing touch.
7. Add the milk
Add the milk of choice to the ice-filled glass.
8. Finish the coffee
Finish the dalgona coffee by adding the whipped coffee to the glass and topping it with a sprinkle of cocoa powder, and enjoy!
9. Store the dalgona
Store the dalgona whipped coffee in a resealable container. It'll keep well in the fridge for a day or two.
