How to Make a Saffron Latte

1. Dark roasted coffee beans 2. Saffron 3. Dairy-free milk alternative 4. Boiling water



1. Choose coffee beans

Choose the coffee beans you prefer most. I like to use a dark roast for my espresso coffees.

2. Grind the coffee

Grind the coffee beans into a grind size that suits your coffee brewer best. I've finely ground them, as I'm using a Moka pot.

3. Brew the espresso

Brew the espresso coffee using your favorite coffee brewer.

4. Collect items

Collect the saffron strings and dairy-free milk alternative you prefer most.

5. Infuse the milk

Infuse the saffron with the dairy-free milk for a few minutes until the flavor and color is infused in the milk. Foam the milk.

6. Add foamed milk

Add your slightly foamed milk to a tall glass. Leave the milk to sit for 30 seconds before moving on for amazing layering.

7. Add espresso coffee

Slowly pour the espresso coffee into the glass. Optionally, give the coffee a quick stir and serve with a straw. Enjoy!
