1. Grind coffee beans

Finely grind the coffee beans of choice. I recommend a medium or dark roast for this recipe.

2. Add ice cubes

Add ice cubes to the coffee brewer. I'm using a Chemex for this. Swipe up to learn about more options for this.

3. Add a filter and coffee

Rinse the coffee filter beforehand and add it to the coffee brewer. Add the finely ground coffee to it.

4. Bloom the coffee

Using a small amount of water, bloom your freshly ground coffee beans. Wait 30 seconds before moving onto the next step.

5. Add remaining water

Slowly pour the remaining water into the coffee brewer.

6. Let the coffee brew

Let the coffee brew until all the water has gone through the coffee filter. Throw the filter out.

7. Pour the coffee

Fill a glass of choice with a few more ice cubes and pour the iced pour over coffee into it.

8. Finish the coffee

Once the coffee has been added to the ice-filled glass, add any sweeteners or dairy and enjoy your iced pour over coffee!
